1. Main steel structure: welded I-H section steel beams and columns; Q345B/Q235B Steel.

Sample: 

Column:H(250~580)*240*8*10
Beam: H(600-350)*240*6*10 and H350*200*6*8 - h*b*c*t)

2. Purlines: C section steel / U-section steel /Z-section steel (other options available)

Sample: 

C-section steel - 180mm*60mm*20mm*3mm - h*b*c*t         

3. Roof panel: EPS / PU / Rockwool / Glasswool - 50mm/75mm/100mm sandwich panel + skylight/daylight roof which will make area full of light and help save electricity significantly ( That are the most common insulation material - other options depends on you request;

4. Wall: customer choose height of brick/concrete wall (usually it is 0.5 m - 1.5 m, than goes sandwich panel the same options as roof panels - contacting to me directly you will know more about frame of panels and other options;

5. Tie bar: Q345B / Q235B round tube;

- Customer provide detail drawing (AutoCAD preferred), list of materials, inner load (cranes, equipment, living load, usage and other information that can some way effect construction), outside load - wind speed, snow load, temperature amplitude, inform us  if there happens natural disasters like earthquake, hurricanes etc and its degree.

Plus it would be perfect to get description of what want to construct and what finally it should look like.

A*  - ABSOLUTLY, we provide detail drawings, explicit information about how to assemble, what strength need to apply to fix it properly, what tools are necessary that to areas construction and all other information that can be useful. With all specter of information that we provide, assembling process will be as easy as a piece of pie! 

But: We can provide it after receiving deposit or if customer decide to order only Design we also provide this service( Note: If you first ordered design and finally decided order from us that money will be include in the cost of a deposit.)
